Enough Snow Already!!!

Yeah, we're getting even more! On top of the 36" we already have and the mounds of "cleared roads" snow... we could get another 15-18". ICK! This is more than just annoying now. It has gone far beyond annoying and has gotten to the point of ridiculous and more than a tad dangerous. As of now, my neighborhood has yet to be plowed and it took my awesome Daddy with out 15 passenger van to get me to class (which I still think is wrong that I even had to be here, but that's another story).

My morning was significantly brightened when I got this amazing picture from my Geometry prof.... My exact sentiments expressed so simply! :D

Yes, I keep a football in my room... what of it?

Another SuperBowl has come and gone.

Another year... that my team didn't make it. ::sigh:: NEXT YEAR!!!

Oh well. It was a good game! And the Doritos commercials were awesome ("keep yo' hands off my Momma and keep yo' hands of my Doritos!" E.P.I.C.).

I've come to realize that I never really liked football (ok, yes, I hated football) until I came to college and got to watch my guy friends take each other on every semester out on the gridiron. Somethin' clicked, and now it's the coolest thing (aside from paintball, surfing, and skydiving). ;) And today was one of those days that I really wanted to be able to watch 'em play.

So, I pulled out my trusty old pigskin and was playing around with it in my room (yes, I keep a football in my room... what of it?) and realized that some pictures were in order. :)

The Snowpocolypse

Yeah, we got hit .... badly. Currently, there is over 36" of snow on the ground. And for someone who gets cold easily and isn't overly fond of winter in general (and who's barely 5'2")... not so much fun. :-P Granted, it is pretty(ish) and it's really funny to watch your family going out to shovel and then see the shorter ones utterly disappear (hahahaha!!!). I was told about an hour ago that this is the biggest blizzard Virginia has had since the 1770s!!! Wow, weather history in the making... and in my lifetime! Sweet (I think)!



Happy to know my family (and the dogs) are having fun!





This was once my car... I wonder if I'll ever see it again? ;-)




But, like I said, at least it looks pretty*ish*




And then I found out that things get infinitely better when the sun comes out!










I want an "I survived the Snowpocolypse" tshirt when this is over!
